The Future of Eating Out?
I don’t know about you but one of things I really miss is dining out. I know there is order in but its not the same. Lets be honest the food rarely arrives looking like it should. I just want to go in somewhere and be served, talk with friends and then leave when I’m done.
They seem to be coming up with solutions though they are only for 2 diners at a time but that seems better than nothing! One of the things showing up on some of my emails is how a few restaurants in Europe have been handling the situation. The one in Paris has designed these cones that fit over you.

My question is what if you laugh and spit something? How will they clean them? We’ll have to stay tuned to see if they work!

Then we have the very cool idea from a restaurant in Amsterdam. These to me seem like a fantastic solution! Of course it will not help the small bistros/restaurants in Montreal but hopefully each new idea will fuel another solution.
